don't think you'll find any gear kit for the mt75 that will take anywhere near your quoted figure

one thing ive noticed with oppliger boxes, they all have alloy spacers. I presume thats how they make them stronger by having physically bigger gears.

They provide a spacer for the front prop, so does that mean the rear prop has to be shortened or have they shortened the output shaft at the tail end of the box??

Normaly it will fit. My mate has an R&D gearbox and they also use an alloy spacer and his rear prop still fits.

Is it not more cost effective to adapt another gearbox? E.g. Audi or Skyline?

Romain does your short ratio box solve the classic MT75 problem of 2nd and 3rd being too far apart???

Ive always found on standard ratios its not easy to do a fast change from 2nd to 3rd when above 5k rpm without burring the synchros.

Can you mix and match ratios to solve the 3rd gear problem yet still have a sensible ratio for 5th gear for road/high speed use??
