pedals look a bit iffy, and it would really need the abs fitting to make me comfortable with it, but otherwise it's a fairly tidy example, and a lot of car for the money

I thought it was hard/nearly impossible to get the BOB engine to work in another car?

If one of you buy it to put a 4-banger in, let me know about the cheap 6-cylinder you will need rid of!

Nice looking 3door , You can get them to run if you use the lot, but it says a new ecu and rewire, that's prob an aftermarket or boa one. Why is abs a bad idea ?

if he's fitted cossie brakes and stuff, and rewired it, the least he could have done was sorted the abs out, after all, it's only a stand alone loom, and much better than the standard base spec servo and stuff that seems to have been there from the start

also, it doesn't need to be an aftermatket unit as the bob will run from the boa loom, you just need to figure out a way to fire the secondary throttle things

I agree on the abs mate I fitted it in mine , not driven it yet and tested it. I don't get why people think its a bad thing? Yep as I said the boa is the cheaper ecu and a rpm window switch can be used. On Fordpower they have managed to get a bob running with a mondeo 24v ecu the maps are very close.

but you don't have standard brakes either do you

plus, the bob engine is a heavy fooker which may explain why it's dropped so far at the front

Worth what some one wants to pay really.
See a 24v saff go out for 2k the other day say gotta be worth 3.5-4 k really ?

I no u can get a shoddy 3 door for 6 but if you want a cheap one that will actually work then non turbo the way forward.

Capacity ftw
