Iv got a t3 turbo techniques stage 3 here 2wd cosworth fitment, still bolted to my capri at the moment but being removed due to upgrade.

 

Interesting, you know exact specs? Know how much use its had in its life too?

I'm not sure of the exact spec but there's part numbers on it I just never enquired about it too them. I havnt used it just in and out the garage but was on my mates 4x4 saff previously and was very good on that. Am after £140 what I paid for it.

 

Sounds not bad mate. Would be interested in part numbers, as would quite like a little upgrade from what I've got. (T34 would be perfect for me really)

i have the twin scroll T4 off my 3dr for sale mate, its done 167 miles, and has a bit of play in and out but could be rebuilt with a good set of bearings for not a lot of money

Cheers, but too big mate! 300 BHP is all I'd be going for tops with the Alfa.

 

Got a Garrett GT2560R, with a CNC T3 adaptor, good for 280-300. With the O-ringed aluminium race flanges, studs, gaskets, nuts. all the trimmings etc. all brand new unused, with receipts.
