High reving when iscv is plugged in

I have a stage 3 saph 2wd running L8 motorsport developments chip runs fine but when you plug the iscv in it revs to about 2.5k what causes this i have cleaned it but made no difference
It's not "knackered", clearly it's being told to open by this much by duff info being sent to the ECU, I would look toward the TPS calibration.
Base idle is adjusted when the engine is up to temperature, all electrical equipment switched off, and then with the valve disconnected, set the idle speed, when plugged back in the idle speed should raise momentarily then drop again.

I dont know what it was like before i just bought the car & the lad had just fitted L8 to it he said he fitted the tps properly with a volt meter i will try set the idle thanks

Yeah i had a similar problem with mine and it was the wires on the tpf wasn't swapped, run fine without but when plugged in revved to around 3k, thats why i thought i would mention it.
