mine is two welded together, twin pass, both pipes are on the ns of the car.

Is there any advantage in single pass over twin pass? or vice versa?

looks good Lee

Moose ,

As you will know there are differing opinions on the GRS coolers with people saying that they enduce pressure drop , i dont know wether this is due to the cooler core design or the end tank shape , i know that the way i do mine ( single pass) there is no drop at all , i will at some point get round to doing a twin core cooler , single pass and with a end tank design to encourage smoother air flow .

PS u still doin polly bushes mate ???? mmay have another set off you . S2 RST

Looks cool, there must be a shortage of 2wd i/cs as everyone is now using them.

I think the original design of GRS had a pressure drop because the end tanks were of different volumes. This was rectified on subsequent models

From a flow point of view you want a smooth a bend as possible though.

No probs with the bushes, I can even sort you some better discount this time (I might even remember too!)

I only built mine as I was not prepaired to fit a GRS one as I knew I could make as efficient for less ££.

dear Lee,
you got it right, it is for my upcoming, stronger then ever, better finished than b4, enough crap, yes it's for an ERST2 '88, prob is I already got 1 2WD intercooler, but am far too lazy in making me own tubing, as I understand the piping is goin to run the inverse way, right?
Yes teh bumper is already cut/enlarged, but it isn't adapted to the intercoller yet! Do shine me a ligt here, ........please?
cheers m8, guess normal fans please, but if you got some bargains to be done, do PM then,

well what i can do for you mate is prettu much the same as what i have done fo mine in the piccys above .

I can make sure their is enough room left for the standard fan to go in , if the bumper can be modified then this isnt a problem as space for the cooler isnt restricted , ie it can protude through the bumper .

Y did ask about payment and shipping , I have no probs posting the cooler out to you , payment would be best through paypal , do u use it ?????

Ill try to rember to get some piccys up of the cooler and bumper in place .
