didnt really need another mk4 but this came up locally needing a bit work so dragged it home last weekend:






Waiting on the paperwork being sent to me but its a 45k XR3i shell which has been fully built up with the remains of a scrap RS Turbo - has everything apart from the bonnet strangely!

Not running at the moment and i think this is down to either the metering unit or wiring so just deciding what to do with it.

If i can get the right RST parts will try and get the turbo engine running, if not gonna pull it out and Zetec it for reliablity

Either that or you might see it in the for sale section soon!

tempting Kev but expensive! a nice standard Zetec would give cheap hassle free motoring
