hi guys, just joined up, bought myself my first series 2 rs turbo, looks very sorry for itself at the moment but couldnt let it go to scrap so have decided to restore it back to its former glory, well atleast thats the plan anyway, just wondered if anyone knows the car atall? reg number F777 JGS, 88 spec, red, sadly i have no history with the car but if anyone knows the car would love to get some history on it, will hopefully load some pics up soon, any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks! Steve.

cheers guys. yeh i will defo get sum pics up, bought it a few weeks ago, 74k on the clock, not sure if genuine or not tho, head gasket was blown, got the head off, just needs rebuilding, however paintwork is pretty bad, practically pink in sum places, only rot i can find tho is rear arches behind the kit and the battery tray, everywhere else seems pretty solid, even underneath there doesnt seem to be any patches, so not sure if its genuine mileage or not, just wish i could get sum history on it, cant wait to get it on the road now.
