I've always been a fan of the Escort cossie, but since seeing a fw 3drs my opinion seems to be changing and I quite fancy a 3dr.

My question is what would you opt for and why?

Ive had both, and still have my 3dr as I prefer RWD, but would have another Escos.

My mate has a 380 bhp escos big turbo and its mental but i hae a 280 bhp 3 door and i love that. Probably ave a escos as a daily natbe small turbo model and a 350 bhp 3 door for weekends

Thats a really hard one. I love both cars but for me it would have to be the escort cossie. I think they are a lovely lookin car.

i've loved the escos always, it was only until a 3dr was sat next to one it made me see how much character the old 3dr had. They're simple yet aggressive. Tough one

Big question is how much money do you have to spend i guess as say 12k would get you a lovely 3door but you would need to spend more to get a equal condition escos

both have there good points but for me it would be the escort cosworth ive always loved them i have mates with both but 2 mates have escorts both around 550bhp mental cars to drive but also very driveable everyday

without a doubt as you rightly say, 12k would get you a spot on 3dr, but an ok escos. But in terms of looks what would it be

theres a rwd escos on pistonheads which is cheap so best of both worlds

but id have the escos, not keen on 3drs im afraid

Love 3doors and iv had a few but as said these days an escos is better to live with and is a better all round car..have the best of both worlds and 2wd the escos..

escort looks better in side and out but the sierra is a really nice car still but the escort wins hands down

I sold my 3dr to get a escort in the summer and to be honest i missed the 3dr big time but now the escort is growing on me

I voted Sierra aswell, always been a fan and i'm sorting out my dads 4i at the moment ill post pics up soon, hopefully within the next year should have my own track car maybe an early fiesta or escort.
