last week a hose burst on my cossie 2wd ,i had a wireing fault on the fans now fixed and hose replaced, now the problem is when i boot it the gauge for the temp reading goes right up not in to the red tho about 1cm ,then it comes back down again the fan kicks in as normal and brings the temp down, before the hose burst it was fine sat in the middle diddnt realy move ,im thinking theres trapped air ,how would i remove it and what do you think it may be.
Just ensure your de-gas pipe is nice and clear from the turbo(return) and it will get any air out that might be there.
Though I agree most likely nothing to worry about so long as fans are cooling it ok don't worry, if you still have the std deflector plate in the front bin it.
