ive just put a bias pedal box on my escort as i couldnt find a master cylinder for it and need some help setting it up ive put the 0.625 to front and 0.75 to rear is this right.
i.ve got the rears all bled out but nothing will come out the front, it looks like the bars not pushing the master cylinder enough and ive adjusted the bar but no difference, any ideas what i've done wrong
do the cylinders have to be a certain way round like rear nearest to accelerator pedal or front
ive used everythin from rally design

 

Is there air trapped in the front master cyl ?, can happen, just get a helper to push the pedal down then when down put your thumb over the outlet hole, release pedal with hole still blocked, suction pulls the fluid out nicely, then put pipe back etc.
