Would not like to be running boost over 11-12 psi with a standard intercooler.

a bar of boost is around 14 psi

Most people will tell you to change to efi as a first step or atleast thats my advice, there is so many diffrent efi kits at diffrent prices its highly offordably to anyone so its a waist not to

lol just standard intercooler means low boost, under 15psi (probably less), probably knackered kent cam etc, points to 150 brake maybe a little for on a really fit engine and useful cam.

Ahhh just saw the 14psi bit, so it fits i guess.

Keep the standard rad, get a grs front mount intercooler, give it a really good service, take it to a tuners and get them to set it up. You will see a very useful 170-180 brake on a standard healthy turbo, providing you have a cam with lobes still attached and good compression (check both of these when you service it).

Good luck and have some fun
