ive just picked up a few spares from the guy i had my rs from and in it there is a quick shift kit.My questions are are they any good /are they easy to fit and has any one got a write up of how to fit it?

 

Only used the BM shifter excellent bit of kit IMO really close and precise
just make sure you fit some rubber or Orings between the shifter and floor or it sounds allfull
fitting real easy
4 nuts under gaiter to drop out the shifter
remover bottom cover take out all the guts
should be a bearing sleeve type thing and a circlip to hold the rod with the big hole to the bottom of your new shifter
then bolt back up
i done mine with all the rods attached to the box so i didnt have to re adjust anything
