Default cosworth running on 3

my cossy started running on 3 cylinders today, number 2 is down, the rest is fine,, i have tried new plugs, leads, cap, rota arm, there is power going to the injector, tried different injectors, and tried the ecu, done a compression test and thats all fine reading 140 on number 2.
i am stuck with things to change, any help would be great,
can someone help me?

Have you checked the ground for injector number 2? Injectors are switched earth so it may have power but that means nothing if it's an earth problem.

i'd be checking injectors in all honesty, just unplug them one at a time, with your findings No.2 will make no difference, then give apower supply to the injector and listen if it's clicking, likely it's either the wiring or the injector itself.
maybe just swap injectors round and then you'll know if it's wiring.

if it was blown it would just rev up as it would be using the air from the leak to run the motor
