Also if anyone has got a stage 2 for sale let me know.

Stage 1 usually has a 360 thrust bearing, and Stage 2 adds a 2wd cossie spec 55trim compressor wheel.

stage 3 moves the power band up the rev range which some people don't like

but the bang is better with the s3t3, for all round use a stage 2 is the best road spec one unless you have the money for ball bearing stuff

Ye like muz said, no need for a stage 3 with out efi IMO as you won't see enough power to make it worth while.

Mfi has little bearing on the power output.

I disagree.

Whilst MFi can be tuned reasonably successfully, it is infinitely more difficult to optimise the timing on an MFi car, which can actually make shed-loads of difference to the power made. IMO every RST needs to be on EFi, the older they get, the worse the MFi components get and the less hard they should be pushed.

That is my take on it too Christian.

I don't personally think mfi is feasible above 200 brake with out a 5th injector kit (may as well spend a little extra on proper efi), partly because of fuelling limits but more due to the off boost fuelling.
