Default Inside diameter of the oil return pipe from T3 turbo to CVH block

As above. Need to source a new one and wondered if anyone knows the measurement.

Do you mean the rubber pipe or the metal insert that goes into the block?

In either case, don't over complicate it. You can buy the rubber hose from Ford still, although its stupidly expensive, but Roose Motorsport do a proper oil resistant silicone one. As for the metal stub, that can be bought too.

No, I just need the rubber pipe about 60-70mm length 45o bend'ish. I got a good, bearing, pipe, belt outfit locally who will have some oil/heat pipe but need size. Looks like i'll just have to get under it and pull the old one off...bit hot right now

I think you'll find that if you bend oil resistant hose through that angle it will distort on the bend. I would get the proper one from Roose if I were you. It's quite a critical part after all.

Internal diameter of the Roose one I've got is 19mm.

Make sure you get a HD hose. It will have to take quite some heat inside and out.

Well now that you know the shape you could still call them and ask them which one is more suitable for an oil return pipe.

Also, I know that I paid about 20 quid for mine so i guess it would most likely be the first one.
