Im current in the build of a 2,1 8v and im considering to go for a GT 30 turbo

but can anyone supply me with some picture of one fitted on a s2, cause im a bit worried about how much space there is..

whats the rest of the spec of the engine mate?

 

A friend of mine did this before on his 2.1 8v zvh. External wastegate drilled and welded onto the original manifold. You might have to move the rad forward a little but it will fit

 

Fitted them on Escorts and Fiestas, internal wastegate fits best. You do have to mount your rad forward 10mm or so. But easly done.

brain hansen manifold spec'ed to fit ... jamsport can supply them for £850 for the complete kit plus the turbo

 

the spec is

2,1 block with H rod and 7,8:1 accrilite pistons

considering buyíng a heas from Sitech with cam and solid lifters

it looks wicked when the turbo is places over the gearbox.. its a lot more work I think..
