Default Cost of a small service?

Maybe in the wrong section here, but just wondering if anyone would have a rough price for a small service?
Im thinking about getting the oil and filter changed, spark plugs etc etc
Also my brakes are a bit wary so maybe get disks and pads...
And also the middle section of the heatshield is a loose so wondering if it can be replaced or what?
Its a Focus 2ltr btw

Cheers

ive been working for a family firend who owns a fleet of taxi's and been charging 20 for labour and he supplies parts, its not hard work and once youve done it once and bought neccesary tools i.e filter strap and spark plug socket and a tool for measuring the gap youd save money from then on , motor factors will have all parts you'll need
ifyou do it yourself you'll know its done right

so easy to do basic services plus you have the knowledge that you have actually changed parts instead of them being wiped clean i would never send my car for a service
