as above what should i expect from my s1 with the bits listed....
low comp bottom end with steel rods ect
stage3 big valve head
stage3 t3 .48 from cr turbos
fully ported and cross matched inlet with (efi or custom inlet plenum)
newman cam with solid lifters and double valve springs
gotech mfi
dark greens
044 fuel pump
airtech rad and front mount intercooler
airtech tubular manifold
ect ect
what power would it make with either inlet fitted so i can compare ect
and what boost levels are realistic for the spec as some say i could max out the turbo at 28psi and some say i can run like 25psi peak and others have said i need different injectors....
advise would be great guys thanks

Karlos is limited heavily by his turbo, with a stage 3 he would be making the power above im sure. Not sure on inlet mate but im sure some one will tell you.
Have you built the engine yet?
Good luck

Not sure it really matters that much tbh mate.... i have heard rumours that the mfi manifold flows better than the efi??? but i have no proof to back it up. It would be easier for sure to use the efi manifold as (like botters said) you will need to get the mfi machined to except efi injectors.

Either inlet is fine for 300bhp+, with good mapping 270-280bhp is possible although your engine being low comp it may be a little less
Cant remember what dark greens flow for but if it isnt enough then loose them and buy some 630cc Siemens Deka IV's they are a modern injector with a better spray pattern and are high impedance (longer life, less electrical noise) and about half the price of the greens!!
