Hello, i have a fiesta mk5 zetec s 1.6 on a X reg.
Just went to leave work reversed back and all seemed okay, pulled away and car had a huge missfire and also sounds like the exhuast is blowing quite badly. Fells like the car is running on 2 cylinders not 4. Go to accelerate and the car has no power.
There are no lights on the dash.

Any idea's?

Coil pack, they're a common problem

Or a lead has come of your coil pack as they're just push on rather than the clip on ones on older cars.

But coil pack is a prime suspect.

 

Had a look at the leads but they are all connected. Got a coil pack on order. Should be with me soon .

All fixed, coil pack was at fault.
