I wanted some 18" Montes but wanted them in a Gunmetal colour as I wanted something darker than the silver but not as dark as Anthracite..............knowing this wasn't possible I ordered them in Gold as they would need repainting anyway.

Rondells for me are the best wheels for an Escos so I was never going to get rid of them but wanted another set to chop and change so I dont get bored of the look of the car.

Whilst they have not totally grown on me yet I am getting some seriously divided opinions! from people that have seen them in the flesh

Whilst I am not totally sold, one thing is for sure they do totally transform the look of the car

I love those wheels The previous wheels without the caps looked great but these are even better.

 

mad set of rims, not something you see everyday...

 

i like them, have no idea why, if you think about them in your head they sound discusting but they dont look too bad tbh

id wait till they were chipped or something to get them resprayed, i certainly wouldnt do it straight away

EDIT: i keep looking at them , theres something 'special edition' looking about the car with those on

 

Its nice to see something different and i would probably keep them like that for a bit but i would go silver eventually

I will be getting some Headlamp protectors soon

I won't be doing anything to the wheels until i get the Rondels refurbed anyway, so the car stay like this for a while

I have a couple of pics when the sun was low and the more i look at them the more whe wheels are growing on me (like a fungus)
