Hi All

After the shock news that were expecting TWINS we are looking at the possibility of converting our loft into a 4th bedroom...

Anyone recently done this/does it for a living any ideas/guidelines/advice or pictures would be greatly appreciated! Also if you had a loft specialist in to do or got in a builder to do structural, plasterer, plumber seperatley etc...

i'm an architect and have done plans/designs for alot of loft conversions, i can sort out the planning and building regs applications etc. i dont charge silly money, and i'm not too far away.

dont let any builders tell you that you dont need plans drawn or that you dont need building regs approval, you can get into alot of grief building without approvals just for the sake of saving a few hundred quid.
