Default Plumbers West Mids......Tiff?

Want my boiler changing over the summer, got an old system, not pressurised with a hot water cylinder etc.......had all my radiators changed over the last 12 months and everything else re-piped so literally just need the boiler changing to one of the new ones ( semi condensing combi...??? ) which should mean i can do away with the pump on my shower too.

Basically what boilers do you recommend as I dont trust what my plumber is trying to sell me?

Also as i dont really like him, does anyone want to quote for the job?

I'm in West Mids just off J3/4 of the M5

Any Worcester Bosch or Vailiant boilers are good, prices and models vary.

Marky Mark recommends as above - guess what was fitted in my house..... dont be offenced by his lack of reply he's a very busy bunny.

He advised and then I had fitted a Vailliant- I have an ECOTEC Plus 831 - the controls are basic and easy to use. Turn the boost up or turn the boost down sort of thing.
Very quiet
Works well

Mr Central Heating is your best bet too for purchase- just in Tamworth

Excellent service and delivery - could not fault them at all.

When looking at the specs of a boiler if you're using it for a shower you need to consider the hot water flow rate - the guys at work advised a minimum hot water delivery of 10L p/min mine does 12.7, conversly it means it is over specced for the house in terms of heating capacity.

He isnt asking for a commercial system boiler. Its a domestic combi thats required.

Worcester Bosch and Valliant are both German aswell.

I know you can use commercial boilers in domestic properties but it still isnt a combi which is what the OP was looking for.
