Dash Board
Hello people quick question and simple for people who know how.
how hard is it to change a dashboard because i own a Ford Escort (1998) and inside has a Wood (albeit plastic wood) dash board and personally im not a fan was wondering how many screws it has and how long of a job would it take and roughly how long would it take the 'average' person to do it. any help would be appreciated thanks

iirc, and I have never had those bits fitted, I think they just attach to the actual dash itself, and as such are even easier to remove, or was that on a mk5.....
On the mk5 its;
Dash clocks surround off
screw now visible either side holds part of the trims you want to remove.
Pull off 3 center switches, 2 outer ones cover srews you need to remove, that panel will now lift off.
The other side I think you have to remove the lower cover to expose another screw. But its been so long since those bits have been on my track mk5 I may be wrong!
