Sierra cosworth 17" alloys

HI,
Anyone know where i can get:
Sierra cosworth 17" alloys, i need some for my ford fiesta mk6
cheaper the better

and also...

Whats the best panel filter you would recccomend ?

some say k&n
some say bmc

which to chooose ?

I got some team dynamics wheels and tyres and it was £600 and I would choose a K&N panel filter
