hi there i have a mk5 escort xr31 cosworth rep and have just fitted a fiesta rs turbo efi engine with midland t3 turbo on ofac loom and i now have run in to problems ,,car starts and eventuly idles but when throttle is pressed fully it seems to hesitate and missfire i havnt swaped no wires just plug and play ,

lol, to be fair, there isnt many on here that know ofac all that well and having done nothing with it myself i unfortunately cannot help either

im sure if you pm stu @msd then he will give you a hand in a spare 5 mins as im sure he does it

mate good point was looking at his site today but i cant drive it there and beeing in london its gona cost to much to get it towed but its probs the only way even jano @ oddkidcreations was scratching his head lol

jano was scratchin his head. Really? Really Really Really ....due to the installation. Not because he didnt have a idea what to do. Did u do any of the things i told u to. Check any of the sensors or the fuel setup. If u dont help ur self then noone will help u along unless you pay for it to be done for you.

 

true mate well when your ready mate its ready for you to play about with if you can get this runnig propley it will mean alot to me due to loosing my son new years eve its a project for him now, ive not had the time or money due too funeral costs etc etc , not slaging jano off just stating this car is a mystery would be great thow to see it run sweet if you have the time let me know ill pay and treat you ive got more ideas and you got the know how ,, i also blew the rad and exhaust fell of due to the travel to the shop back and forth and the scrappy so i cant drive it at the mo , ive bought new air fuel sensor new map sensor and a new ecu but not started it due to the cold weather
