has any one successfully repaired a broken bumper stud and how?... its all foam!

If its only one out of four, don't worry about it.

Mine broke one each side, never caused a problem.

 

i think my current bumper is held on with nothing more than hopes and dreams

 

3 outta the 4 has broke off!! its on a mk3 fiesta and i have a MCR front splitter that i love, have a standard bumper as a spare but really want to keep the mcr splitter with out messing about with filler/fiberglass + then spaying again!

 

have they sheared leaving any thread at all showing? 2 of mine are sheared but theres enuf thread left to get nuts just about started

if theres not even that much, but a small amount none the less, u cud get a new threaded length welded to the remainder, but it stands a fair chance of shearing off if u try to go mad tightening the nut up

 

nothing left even the plate that the bolts are attached to has rusted and fallen to pieces. its being a pain because the bumper has now sagged on one side pushing on to my intercooler which is rubbing on the rad and snaped the radiatior backet meaning its now touching the actuatior (spelling??)
