hi
i have run vibro tec ( split front one in half) ,poly and standard ,with standard you get a bit of soak up as you pull away and no vibration, uprated ones give very little soak up and vibrate the car badly think of it like this as you rev the car it sounds hollow inside and you feel a constant vibration through ya feet on idle not to bad on moving along thou and after a few pull aways your tuned in to the earlier biting point due to lack of soak up if ya follow me i would go for standard but if doing track work go for poly one not vibra as poly have never split on me and aint heard of them spliting so far but alot of people have had vibra go on them

interestingly enough i'm on 21psi on a 1.8zvh, which puts it in the ballpark of 300bhp (not claiming an actual figure though) and just using rally design escort heavy duty mounts, not vibratechnics ones and they've lasted four months so far and it gets used regularly on boost and launches.
