good working box with slipper turboing a puma so un needed

been told it is mate as there are holes at the front of the box ill post a pic for you mate

looks like a diesle box to me with those 4 bolt holes in the front

 

well its got a slipper in what ever it is

 

i am sure thats a mondeo diesel gearbox

 

the four holes are for either a diesel box or a mk3 escort IIRC.

 

to be honist mate iv been told by the garage that is building my puma its a propa rs turbo box so i will trust him over what other ppl say conisdering he has being in fords for years and i trust him if you want to send him a msg he will be on my friends list c2ssv

 

That is definately a s1 box. Will fit a s2 aswell

was all good just the shell was crap thats why i thought of the puma only these boxs dont fit have to use a mk5 box or id still be using it cheers

 

if the starter is at the front i think so had 2.0 zetec bottem end so would only be same as urs

 

Do you know if it has a 6 bolt or 8 bolt LSD?

S1 box doesn't have that type of clutch lever arm, nor does it have the two location possibilities for the clutch cable. Possibly a mk5 gearbox with LSD fitted from an S2.

 

was jst wounderin if uv sold that lsd box or not? cheers
