evening folks am stripping down my suspension to clean up etc

i have a small blasting cabinet,the sand in it works great on mild rust but the rust on my stub? axles etc is quite tough so am after some `chilled iron` to blast it with,does anyone know a supplier that can get it or similar

How much do you need? I may have some surplus to requirements aluminum oxide media at work if that is of any use to you.

annoying thing is i used to do work for a steel stockists that had tons of the stuff could have as much as i wanted

will it get the heavy rust off ok ?

Yes it will piss through anything you point the gun at lol. I will have a look to see if we still have any, we used to use it in a machine that we no longer have so I can't promise that we still have any media lying about anywhere, but I will have a look at work when I'm back in monday for you. I won't want anything for it, just sort out a courier to have it collected!
