i was gona get a i phone but got the blackberry limited edition curve in white looks alright just learning how 2 work it and stuff

 

I had a Storm for 3 days, fucking hated it, worst phone I have ever had! (bar the N96 i've got now)

 

I had a 8900 Curve for the last few months and absolutely love it!

 

i have a bb bold and a 3gs iphone
the bold is better...

 

Got an 8210 Pearl and a 8520 Curve. Both very good. And a Nokia E71.

 

i got an 8120 pearl and i hate it the camera is shite

 

i have an 8900 curve and im upto a massive 10 friends on messenger as more and more people from work keep buying the blackberry its our old bosses fault as he had one, then one of the girls at work got one, then sumbody else, then me, then another! oh and we like to abuse iphone users

 

I have had the pearl for 18 months now. When I first got it I hated the thing, then the roller ball packed up so it was sent away for repair. In the 4 weeks I didn't have it I realised how much I took it for granted. Wouldn't have any other phone now ! I was due an upgrade in October but am waiting for the new 9700 to come out on O2 ( as they are a useless bunch of arses and are draggin' there feet with release !)

 

Blackberry is a great tool and never let's me down. Safe reliable and great Battery life. Bb messenger is awesome.... V v v cool and fun. Really like my blackberry and could not be without it.

However I LOVE my iPhone 3GS!!! Proper proper toy...

Think of em like cars...

Blackberry is a BMW 530d....amazing all round tool that does most things well and never let's you down. But ultimately nerdy and as cool as brown cords. Thrilling it is not!

iPhone is Ferrari. Look cool. Sometimes work amazingly and put huge smile on your face. They WILL let you down though when you really need it to work!!!

Could never be without my iPhone... But will always have a blackberry in my other pocket!

Same way no one has a Ferrari as their only car!!!

I have had Blackberrys for years, on two my 3rd Curve now as l get them free as up grades and absolutley love them, l was offered an I-Phone but l use bb messenger with the wife so it cuts my phone bill down massivly,

I love my blackberry, could not live with out it.

Fucking hated it when I first got it being a Nokia man, but once you get used to it WOW.

Proper HTML email from works exchange server and all the apps you realy need MSN Messinger being one of them.

 

Got a 9500 storm, love it once i'd learnt to use it! Needed about 5 OS upgrades though before it would work properly Battery life is still wank though, storm 2 upgrade in a few months methinks

 

my battery life is wicked mate it stays on 4 2 days and that with going on email and txting and playing music im really surprised what it can do but iv onlyt had it since x-mas eve

 

yep.. blackberry is great for work.
although i do sometimes think it's the devil's invention as everytime i see the little red light flashing i feel compelled to see what's going on and end up replying to work related mails etc on my own time.

 

You should download berrybuzz. I've got the LED going blue, yellow, fucking allsorts of colours when I get different messages and phonecalls.

yh its crowing on me 2 i got a deal 600 mins 500 texts unlimited e-mail and internet
Ł20 for the first 3 months Ł25 after that and its a 18 month contract and they gave me Ł60 for my old phone insurance is a Ł5 so not that bad and in 9 months i can upgrade

Got a bold 9700 too. In fact that's what I'm using to type this post. It's all good except for signal keeps disappearing into nothing for no apparent reason when I'm on the net! Like now!

 

I got an iPhone 3GS to replace my Blackberry Storm 2 but i'm having great trouble in letting the Storm 2 go now lol, i'm tempted to now keep it and have it as my dedicated work phone (i'd planned to use my old Nokia 6500 slide for a work phone as i thought it was more 'robust' when under cars etc.)...

Storm 2 was good, but not a patch on iPhone...

bb is a good phone my gaffa has one we swapped phones for the day and he did not want to hand my 3gs back, i could not get rid of the bb soon enough it was just to fiddley for me. still a good phone just not an iphone

 

going to completely condridict this...

i work for vodafone on the tech team for both iphones and blackberrys. and the blackberry has MUCH more faults than the iphone has ever had and 90% of them get returned within the 12months!!! they are constantly causing us problems and i prob deal in a 75% bb to 25% iphone problem ratio. and we sell quite a few iphones over the the blackberrys each month so from my point of veiw they arent all that

however this doesnt distract from the fact when working they are brilliant phones! but u might aswel splash out on the iphone in all honesty. the apple support is soo much better when things do go wrong!
