Default fezzzzzzzzy turbo rear disc conversion........

hi there everyone with a break in the weather we eventually got around to fitting the dreaded kit but it went on a treat.
we are relatively new to passion ford and i dont know if many of these photos will come out, but here we go anyway...........

Well done, I know its not easy doing a rear disc conversion. Have you tested it yet, what do you think of it?

yea the conversion was a piece of p*** as i made the thing from scratch using autocad and the cnc machines at work and a few parts from my local discount centre the only problem was the clip off the hand brake linkage where it joins the short piece that comes through the floor went missing.


and we lost about 1 1/2 lookin around the floor

verious bits an bobs really but its a REPLICA of the fiesta centres rear disc conversion which they charge a bomb for but basically....

mk3 fiesta front discs
2wd cossie calipers
mk5 2wd rs 2000 handbrake cable

and the rest as they say is history

orionzetec, if your intersted i could give you a few pointers as i have already done some wicked brake conversions for the mk7 escort
(ie) 2wd cossie 4 pots on the front with 2wd cossie on the rears
