Performance is not great apparently with them weighing nearly 2 ton.

Wonder what tuning options are gonna come out for them, and what the weak link will be ..

They WILL be worth 12k to 15k in 3 years, its how they go down in value after that!

They might hold 15K for 10 years or so, but they will go to that price in 3 years !!!

i think they will bounce around in price for a couple of years then settle to a price people will pay,and when the tuners have their head around them what a car they will be ,not that their slow at the minute ,
chop in the s2 and you wont look back imho

cheers james

Our local ford dealer is getting on in soon so i will test drive one and compare it against the st as it can't be compared to the escos because its old and technoligy has come so far, but i think were going to get one as the look the nuts. The escos will stay in the garage where it belongs.

This statement sums up just about everything about the modern day Cosworth owner and is what I detest about Cosworth ownership and is exactly why I will probably never own a Cosworth. If I did, believe me, like fuck would it sit in a garage for 9 months of the year and come out for 3.

Cars are designed to be driven mate, not to fucking sit in the garage because the nasty weather man said there might be a light shower later on. Fair dos might have a daily driver to pop to the shops but seriously, I'd drive it more or less everyday regardless and drive it like it should be driven.
