I know ya all aint exactly into fiesta's... But here it is anyway...









Woke up the other week to find all that snow so took a pic, also boot build not fully fin thats why you can see wires and the amps are not polished up, engine needs a clean to.

Engine. 1.8i 16v Zetec Fiesta RS1800 engine, K&n, Full De-cat Ashley system inc 4-2-1 Manifold.
Sus. Spax Springs N Shocks, -60mm, Anti-roll bar.
Wheels/Tyres. 6.5/16in Mondy 5-spokes, 205/45/16 tyres,,
Brakes. RS1800 Drums, Mondy 2.0 16v Front disks n calipers.
Outside. Full RS kit (bumpers, skirts, arches) RS turbo rear spoiler, Golf MK3 VR6 chin spoiler, Focus 'RS' badge, RS turbo Glass (green tint) with pop out rears. De-locked doors and bootlid, rear wiper romoved and filled.
Inside. Full XR2i 16v Trim (winged seats) Elec windows, Snap off Momo wheel, Momo gear knob, White dials.
Ice, Security. Clifford Eagle 2 talking alarm with RCL and proximity sensors, Alpine CD player and 6 disc changer, Magnet mids n tweaters, 2 amps, 12in Cerwin Vega HED sub and 1/2 fin false floor.

Think thats the lot...

Not bad for a 1.1 Classic fiesta... Will get some betta pics...

Re-spray the outside,

1-off rear lights (clears tinted red with indicator left clear),
Gauges,
New steerin wheel,
Sidelights in indicators,
Cut down front plate,
Screen & Playstation 2,

Tryin to decide if i want bucket seats and 17's,

Then whateva else i feel like...

I'm into fiesta's mate and this one looks very clean and nice...

 

Its not runnin at the mo... I would fix it but... No car + Lifts to work = No petrol = Much ŁŁŁ saved...
Its not gettin any fuel, gonna take the injectors out and give em a blast with the air gun, i had a trip to shell and after that it cut out randomly, Dam you optimax...

Was gonna break the car, BUT... managed to find a red rs1800 as a doner car to sort mine out as i need...

2 door's,
Wiring loom,
Fuel pump,
rs1800 bits off engine and ecu,
standard manifold and zorst as ashley ones just fall to bits, (fit cat back stainless)
Bonnet,
random other bits...

Sorted...

colour code the mirrors IMO aswell

 

Have plans for a blow over re-spray, Gonna smooth the bonnet and colourcode the mirror's, Not gonna paint the base plates,

Did the RS1800 come with the origanal alloys as i need a set, oh and an air flow meter.

 

Yes, But my mate wants em for his as he has bought 1 with 2 smashed up wheels... ie... ice + curb... will let ya know if they come up for sale, also i'm havin the full engine and my mate is having the engine thats in my car now so there will be no free air flow sensor sorry,

Hello again,

I didnt get the rs1800 doner car as the guy said it was stolen when really he sold it to a mate,

But, i bought a 2i 16v for Ł680, it had failed its mot on rot, but that dont matter as i dont need the shell, it had been rollin road tuned a month before i got it to... here is a link to pics of the doner car...

The engine, zorst and bonnet have been fitted to mine, got the door's, shocks, fuel tank, fuel pump and rear beam to fit to mine then i can put all the trim back in, i also got some mk3.5 adaptor bars for the bucket seats to go in... Also now got a single wiper just for the sake of it really, also added the plastic thingy on the top of the bumper where it meets the bonnet also for the sake of it...

Will be sorted soon...

not much archwork done for them wheels, the wheels were on when i got it anyway so not really sure,

the car looks a state at the mo with no kit on also car is 10 shades of red/pink...

The 17's fit easier than i thought, maybe i'll take some pics, we will see, the 1 in my sig is just a photoshop.

MK3 Golf Deep chin spoiler (fitted to most VR6's and some GTi's) costs about Ł15 a side +vat, works out ast about Ł35, miles cheaper than a laguna splitter.

 

Gonna go home in a bit and cut back my plastic arches and try and take all the windows out ready for paint, having a full blow over on the outside so i want to take the windows out so its not just painted up2 the seals, will be better this way, the mirrors will be coulourcoded at the same time also, may go get some tyres on my wheels later,
Cant wait to get it done, will probs be on the fiestaturbo stand at ford fair this year so you can all see it in the flesh,
Do we know of any1 else fitting 7.5x17in Diamond cut RS7's to a mk3 fez?

i was thinkin bout the escort gti 15s(same as mondeo ones but smaller) for mine to avoid arch work and get it slammed??

 

go for it, it will probz need a tiny bit of work and will scrub a tiny bit on full lock, will look sweet if lowered just right.
