genuine wing is about 65 quid iirc, we did one a while back and that number springs to mind.

Wing replaced and paint, i would still say Ł250 though.

weld on wing isn't it??
As said, get down the scrappy for the parts, may get lucky and pick up a blue bumper.
250 is realistic.

Yeah its a weld on wing - it will need a new headlight too as the mounting brackets of it are snapped.
Parts list so far seems to be:
New wing
Bumper
Grill
Headlight
and it seems that the slam panel is probably bent too.
Only 3rd party fire and theft too - shame as the cars only done 38k

on such an old car i would definately repair bumper and slam panel.
but with the other bits imcluding light that might push it to Ł300 for me.
