Watched you drive away then a while later come back with front end destroyed and an unhappy Dave lol. We were getting the old black mk3 escort going... the one which no one owned... or at least until we got it going and had a few laps of the test track. Then it turns out someone does own it and they weren't happy. Though they should have spoke up sooner as it was going to waste.

I am sure if Gary wanted to go to brunters and see what his car can do, he would be inteligent enough to go their with the correct gearing to do so.

 

I think what chip is getting at is that gary's evo has circa 700bhp now......so i don't think it will matter what gearing he has now lol

LOL i believe that might have been rob. He was there way early with his toolbox, he didn't mention anythin tho... There was also rumours of someone coming back to steel bits from 'that smashed up fiesta round back of motorsports'.

I was one of the pricks that stood up for the car talking them out of it and kept an eye out for them incase they tried it on.

End of the day it's someones car and had a fair bit of money spent on it, i wouldn't like owt happenin to my car in same situation. However, being a fucking prick, i wish i hadn't bothered now.

Also, to be fair, you were chavving it round and being a bit of a nob with the meccies (who are actually sound) askin em if they wanted to die etc.

Car is sat on my drive, still in bits. Galaxy wasnt wrote off.

Last i heard when i was stood lookin at it dave said it'll be written off. and the meccies told us that when they came up after seeing the bump, was either you or your passenger that asked one of em if they wanted to die cause they looked at ya.

Car has come on a bit since then, but so has the Evo. Don't think I'd want to race it now.

Looking forward to getting back to Brunters with timing gear and an on-board camera.

Awesome car, been reading through the whole project thread over past few days. Every credit.

And when i suggested comparison video, i meant for yourself, to compare your own car from then to now. Not too interested in evo's

 

LOL. Thanks for your comments. I'm looking forward to the testing and hope to get some good video footage this time. Will get some Dyno video's too once we start to wind the boost up.
