Knocking up another Intercooler today, using mine for comparisons and measurements to ensure spot on fitment







B*stard of a job to make the elbow, not an easy task





Tacked most of it together today, so it will be complete within the next few days when powdercoated and the silicon hoses arrive

Spent more time fitting Nitrous to this 450bhp badboy though

Yeah, no pigeon sh*t here I didn't make the elbow though, me mate Phil did that, too much for me. I rather the other simple pipework on the floor

 

Fuck the focus more info on the rx7(it is isnt it? )

Ha ha good lad i never thought you would be into the jap cars fella.

 

Don't get me wrong though fella, I love the RX7, it is a true feat of engineering. Especially the suspension, well ahead of its time and majority of the parts from the original test mule still exists, it was just too good a car to take appart to save the company money. But Ford's give that rush nothing else does

 

Are they the mazdas with the wankel engine in.I thought they had to be rebuilt all the time.

 

Every 60k miles fella, but I doubt you'll make that sort of millage quickly. Costs a lot to fuel, but there's a lot more pro's than con's
