Default Some new brake-age!!

Rear drums needing doing last week so just went the whole hog and got all front and back done.

Upgraded the front from standard 1.6 Orion setup, to 4x4 Sierra Cosworth callipers with Ferodo pads, and 2wd Sierra Cosworth discs.

Certainly fill the space behind the wheels out a bit mre anyway!!

Nice one, got a similar set up waiting to go on my Orion, except got red stuff pads on the front. How much effort is the rear disc conversion?

No idea mate, there's a sticky thread in the Escort RS Turbo section (I think it's on this forum)

In theory I don't think it's too complicated, but in practise it's a pain in the ass!

Not sure if I'll bother tbh, I'm not upping the power of my engine very much so these should be sufficient

aye, they work fine.

I'm not gonna bother with a rear disc conversion I dont think, a lot of hassle if I'm not planning on upping the power much
