I think he has a point to be honest, but its an awkward one to police, i totally agree if the person being served is a UK resident and hasnt bothered to learn the language but if theyre a tourist its different.
How many of you would be pissed off if you got refused service somewhere on holiday because you couldnt speak the local lingo?
And the lass on the video that says "We're all human... we all need to get our money from the post office", lazy arse dole waller, get it from the bank after your work pay it in!!

Too bloody right, at least he has the balls to say what most are thinking.
What gets me is they get a paid for by the taxpayer interpreter to help fill out the forms to claim english money, but still can't be bothered to at least learn english.
Personally I think you should be refused entry(to live) in uk if you can't, unless you are a genuine asymlum seeker, not economic migrant.

if he's gone to the trouble to learn a different langauge and has been able to run a business by learning it then why should he waste his efforts by someone else taling to him in his native tounge?
you could get away with it if it were family, but some random on the street who struck up a conversation with you, be it in the pub or the post office would get a bit of a strange look
