Yup had a sneaky few laps of the village bypass last night to check all as well.

I got the car in oct and had it out then but its sat waiting for spring in the garage since. Battery was fucked so i borrowed one from MorganRS and she fired nae bother at all

Took him and Roger out and had a wee bit of fun as she goes no bad

Kicked the clutch a couple of times and can confirm the arse steps out

Rev counter doesnt work so was guessing when to change at the "limit". 1st time i made the car feel slower by short shifting accidentally. Guessing is usually easy on speed but the box has longer 1-3 gears which i dont know limit speeds of yet. 2nd time round she got more hammer and felt very good

She's now back in the garage awaiting a suspension swap. n/s coilover is out. Ready to drop the roll bar and get the spring in tonight and get all 4 corners done.

Hopefully MOT her soon.

Found a couple of silly niggles last night though, ie horn doesnt work

The fire has been relit and i'm bloody excited

I was priveledged enough to be allowed a passenger ride in this car last night, to say it's fast is an understatement! I'm sure the gearing probably takes a little getting used to, but it definately goes some!!
Nice to see it running so well after being left in the garage a while, goes to show it's been put together properly.
