very smart mate for a rep!
needs the ford badge popping back on and maybe some nicer wheels? those look slightly cheap compared to the smart job you've done on the rep!

Thanks mate,
Yeah I hate the wheels as well, but they're only gonna be used for the winter months. Can't make my mind up as to what wheels to fit ???
I got a replacement badge from my local Ford Dealer, but to honest it looks to be on the thick side ??? I'm sure the one that came off was a lot slimmer ?? Were there different types ??

Looks good mate. I'd quite like to do one of these, then put something a bit different under the bonnet, but the shells seem to go for a lot these days.
As said, what engine is in there?

Looks well mate!!
Regarding the badges, you need an older style one, they are thinner and longer than the more modern type. Unfortunately you really need the light blue ones, but they are hard to come by, but if youre not super fussed dark blues ones will do!

Cheers Paul, I though it was thinner (D'oh !!)
Just go to local scrap yard. Dont worry about the badge being faded as T-cut soon brings thems up like new. Just make sure the chrome effect paint aint flaking off and be carefull when you remove it from the car.
Standard wheels and side mouldings would finish it off. Looks great though fella!

Cheers Stu,
To be honest the paintwork aint brilliant, the car could do with a respray, but I need to save the old pennies up first.
I've got an Uncle who's unfortunately disabled, but he's as happy as a pig in shit when he's washing and polishing cars. I would say the car gets washed at least 2-3 times a week, hence the reason it looks clean. In fact we've just got him a job at the local Taxi firm to wash their cars.

Well I finally got round to fitting a new grille mesh, Ford front badge, new heater matrix and seat bolster !

Has anyone got a replacement underlay/sound proof stuff that goes behind the dashboard ?? As you can see from the below pic I've got a bit chunk missing..

Spoiler removed to fit new rear widow rubber.

Next job, replace crap car loom
