After 11 months i got my 3 door back

where was it for 11 months?

 

In a body shop i used to work at they charged Ł1500 for 3 hours work so we had a fat argument about it.
I refused to pay it.
I know it was 3 hours cos i was still working there, i striped it and flatted it in my own time all they did was jig it for me.
Plus they under paid me and owed me over Ł800 so i never paid it but now its all sorted move it monday to get it finished.

 

nightmare....they tried to charge you Ł1500 when you were working for them? sorted amicably in the end?
in a similar position myself once , although i didnt work for them, the legal standing was as long as i wasnt refusing to pay completely i was entitled to go in and retrieve my car myself and if they phoned the police as long as i offered a fair sum for the work theyed done at that point the police wouldnt stop me taking my car back and it would then have become a civil matter for the garage to persue me for the extra they reckoned id owed.

 

I should have gone to the police and got her back but they banned me from going in there

 

i dont get it? your old work banned you from going to the police? i went to trading standards and it was them who told me the way to go about taking my car back legally so i didnt end up charged with anything.plus a couple of mates in attendence to look menacing without actually doing anything unless in self defence.

 

No i got banned from the body shop for grassing them up to nat min wage people and they had to shell out thousands of pounds in wages
