Default what stage t3 do i need?

what stage turbo do i need for a good stong rst engine? hoping to run 20psi, im guessing a t3.48 with 360 bearing? cheers guys

You choose a turbo based on how much power you want, not how much boost you want to run. A 'standard' T3 (45 trim) with a .48 is a good turbo for up to about 210-220bhp, after that you want a cossie trim compressor (50-60 trim).

would like around 200-220 but quite drivable so can use it on track too?
