Default 2wd 4wd antiroll bar

How hard is it to change 2wd for 4wd antiroll bars? Heard it makes a difference, also how hard is it to change rear callipers and disks over? can i change them straight over or do i need to make a bracket?.And is it worth pollybushing the rear arms?

thanks

Front arb is not interchangeable, but rear is, rear is 18mm on 4wd as opposed to 16mm on 2wd, escort cossie ones are fitted as well and are 22mm, but I used a SCORPIO(NOT grandad mk3) cosworth saloon rear one at 21mm and a lot cheaper normally.
Anyway straight swap over with bushes etc.
Brakes swap straight over with no brackets needed.
Yes defo worth polybushing whole car.
