Default 2wd cossie cams

can anyone help me please? I am in the middle of putting my head back together and when i tighten up the the cam pulleys it pulls the whole cam forward to it touches the bearings.
Does any body know if i have done something wrong or if anyone has had this problem before?

Thanks
Stumpy

It's supposed to do that so the bit of the cam that sits in the bearing does so, unless you have forgotten the spacer ?, in which case it will go too far forward!!

thanks for that have found out that they are 4wd cams so have now got the spacers from burtons. Now i'm having trouble with the timming. noone knows what the cams are and with the information i've been given when i set it up to have both at full lift at 110deg. the valves in cylinder 4 hit the pistons.
Begining to wish i left it standard now.

If the timing for the cams is correct then obviously they have a lot more lift than std, so cutouts needed now, it never goes to plan for me either!!
