Default another fog light question

recently i have had my front bumper re-sprayed and whilst i was at it had the head lamp wipers removed, now all re-assembled, the fog lights dont work, i pressumed the bulbs got damaged whilst taking them out etc, so replace them and they still dont work, checked fuses, wiring, plugs etc and as far as i can tell all looks good.

So my question is, are the fog lamps connected in some way the the wiper motors, ie is this whats stopping them from working?

There is no connection between your front fog lights and the headlight wipers.
Are you sure they plugged them back in, assuming they removed the bumper to spray it ?, if not check to see whether the earth or live is missing, and that you are not forgetting to turn on the sidelights to make the fogs work.

they are definatelly plugged in, the connectors for the lights and the wipers are not the same type, ie they could have been swapped over?
