Im having a bit of an issue with a seller. I bought a new screen for my bike 18 days ago now and still no sign of it yet. Its actually a shop, and theyve said they are waiting for it to turn up in their goods in. he says theres nothing he can do until they get it and they dont even know when it will arrive.

Now, ive recently checked the listing and it says at the bottom in the smallest text youve ever seen , to allow between 5-10 days delivery time.

Can i get my money back as im starting to get pissed off with them now, making excuses up. Can i get a paypal refund and still leave them negative?

how did you pay? paypal? if so, just open a dispute, simple

 

Item hasn't arrived in stated timeframe, ask for refund. Simple.

If they don't provide refund, open a claim with ebay/paypal. Also simple!

 

Yes, i paid by paypal. Ill give them till the end of the week, and if its not here by saturday then ill put a claim in as i really wanted it for this weekend.

Lambchop, its bikersjersey on ebay. They seem to have pretty good feedback apart from a few that said poor delivery times, so it looks like im also one of the unlucky ones.

The paypal dispute system isnt the quickest either .

I bought a new cosworth water pump on ebay, the company sent a pinto open type pressed steel impeller one instead, (even though on the ebay ad it was the correct closed impellor cast cosworth type in the pic) when I told them they said I had to send it back at my cost before they would send the correct one that was advertised, so I said for them to arrange collection of the incorrect item and then send the correct one as it was there mistake not mine, they refused so I opened a paypal dispute - that was over 2 weeks ago and still not resolved.

So the quickest course of action was you is probably just to wait until it arrives Im afraid

 

i f'cking HATE it when companies do that - they advertise something....you pay for it....then they say they are waiting for it to arrive in stock!!!!

IF YOU HAVENT GOT IT, DONT FUCKING ADVERTISE IT!!!!!
