Regretably, my E39 is for sale

Needs of a tow vehicle renegade the E39 to be unsuitable for a few reasons.

A quick breif of the car

129,000 miles (majority of it being motorway)
BMW History upto 90k approx, independant to 115k and then serviced by myself to its current mileage.
Recent aircon service (May 2008) at a professional AC service center
New brakes, (front discs and pads, rear pads) 10k miles ago
New suspension (springs and dampers) to OE spec 10k miles ago
New tyres + 18" M-Parra reps 10k miles ago
Oil service 5000 miles since - including all filters, engine oil, brake fluid (full brake fluid change) and coolant change and new battery.

The car originated at Sytner in Sheffield who registered the vehicle, and then it has had 2 owners from there (3 if you include BMW) and then myself. I have had just under 15,000 trouble free miles apart from one failure to start which was diagnosed as low battery voltage (key battery).

The car is in excellent condition for the mileage with very few stone chips compared to other cars of this year/mileage.

The paint is all original and has only a couple of very small scratches (around the filler cap mainly where previous owners have let the cap dangle instead of using the holder) and only one small dent in the passenger side door from a carpark - this will be sorted by Dentmaster (paintless removal) before the vehicle is sold.

No expense has been spared in maintaining this car by myself - if it needed it, then it got it with no questions about price.

Superb economy - Computer shows 47.8mpg at the moment, so in reality thats 45mpg - or 600 miles to a tank (65 litres)

Price is sensible considering the mileage. This, IMHO, is one of the best E39 Sports out there.

Looking for £7495 ovno OR will consider a deal on a Mitsubishi L200 Warrior (02 to 53 reg) with possible cash adjustment to suit.











Small dent can be seen on the pass front door here - nothing major and will be fixed as I said above.
