Know you need 3 bar map Ł30
dark greens Ł100 2nd hand, although go for Siemens Blacks
chip (get from MSD, not sure what he charges for chips)
turbo ? t34 ? whats best ? if you want a genuine stage 3 you need a t34 with either a .48, .55 or .63 exhaust housing
rs 500 intercooler Ł200 2nd hand, or go for a 4x4 intercooler as that will cope with around 330bhp
headgasket opinions differ on this, i've gone for a grp a one, but if you're dont need changing dont do it
breather system - get a bailey oil breather, around Ł50 second hand
fuel pump - rewire the fuel pump to a live feed direct from battery, and if you have the money get a 044 pump -(044 pumps are about Ł130)
air filter? - just get a K&N panel filter
not wanting to change gearbox so what bhp will the transmission take, and be reliable. was going to take car to nms anyone recommend any others, Cheers rob - gearbox will cope with stage 3 no problem

sorry i assumed it was 2wd, your intercooler will be enough for around 330bhp

direct feed from the battery to stop it running lean and to draw the right voltage especially on full boost

siemens are just a newer injector and are less aggresive then bosch 803's, but if your on a budget 803's will suffice.

p.s the boxes arent much kop over 350bhp, so keep it under that, dont launch it and treat it well and it'll be OK

The greens are getting hard to get now aswell

Matt, put a piece of glass on top of them!! bingo a coffee table

4x4 cooler will be good for 340bhp imo (just)and the intank pump on a later 4x4 will need uprating with the relevant wiring upgrade

Just buy all the parts and fit em yaself then take it to get setup check.
And I thought the fuel pump on all saffs was gravity fed as in under the tank, escos av em intank.

The later saff 4x4 had the same pump (intank) as the escos
