Toyota Starlet Glanza Turbo how to get 245bhp?

Anybody know what's required to get one of these engines to produce 245bhp?

well 135bhp standard from a 1.3 turbo. Probably about as much work as a CVH needs. Probably will do it on standard internals but essentially the same sort of thing you'd do on a CVH
