Having spoken to Stu and him doing the chip on my car, peaking at around 26psi he is confident it can make a genuine 310bhp Ben

Mine is on 803's, 4x4 'cooler and Grp A Headgasket, everything else completely standard

Pete, I wasnt convinced by it either but I had a graph saying it was.
As long as my cars are set up fine I couldnt give a monkeys what the figures are anyhoo. Id have said it was more likely to be just over 300 on that one tbh. It used to shift canny though so that was fine by me. Lol.

I think he asked this on my behalf. He's getting excited enough for the both of us!! lol

My spec is:
2.1 Zetec Turbo
Eagle Low comp pistons (About 8.5)
Eagle Steel H-Section Rods
arp conrod bolts
440cc/min Injectors
Hybrid Cosworth T3 with 360Bearing, I needed an extended actuator rod so I'm guessing it could be a 4x4
-31 actuator
3bar map
Pro Alloy front mount intercooler
Pro Alloy alloy rad
Cosworth fuel pump
Stage 2 CTS Gearbox
AP PAddle Clutch
Emerald ECU
Magnex 2.5" Bore Exhaust
Wideband Lambda
EGT

300bhp and similar torque is the target. Time will tell.

I'm surprised by those figures, I've got a t3 on my 2 wheel drive and I'm fitting a pace rs500 intercooler, dark greens, 3 bar map sensor & Ahmed Bayoo stage 3 chip and I was hoping for 330bhp I've also got a panel filter & system on there and I'm going to be using Mark Shead to set it up, looks like I'm going to be disappointed

When I spoke to Karl Norris about this he reccomended to get the
T3 upgraded to a 360 degree bearing and get the blades cutback... this should allow the turbo to last a lot longer.

simple... i didnt ask what power it'd make on the engine i was thinking about... i just asked about how much bhp it could actually flow the air to produce, so what ever engine its bolted to wouldnt alter that figure... if it did compressor maps would be completely useless
